ONLINE PAYMENT INQUIRY PAGE  
This page will show you at a glance the summary of your payment transactions for a given period along with the status of each payment and other important information.

You are to specify the inclusive dates on which you want transactions inquired. Default date is the current date.

This page provides automatic time-out after 5 minutes of inactivity.
 
To view your payment transactions:  
  1. Specify the desired month and day at the from-date fields.  
  2. Specify the desired month and day at the to-date fields.  
  3. Click SUBMIT button.  
    If you have transactions for the specified period, the screen would list down these payment transactions.  
  To print your list of payment transactions:

Click the PRINT button

You may specify printer settings and click APPLY button.

To capture all the payment information, set your page orientation to landscape setting.

Click the OK button to initiate printing.
